Position Summary

Principal Responsibilities

1.    Develops new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipments requirements and specifications. 
2.    Reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of products. Involvement may begin at any step from pilot plan to full scale manufacturing.
3.    Coordinates design requirement review with appropriate engineering/scientific personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods.
4.    Compiles and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications and execute validations.
5.    May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts, equipment automation technology, and approaches in the processes or development of new or improved processes.
 

Education / Experience Requirements

Qualification    :    
Minimum degree holder in Engineering, Science or Polymer disciplines.
            
Experience    :    
Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
Experiences in medical devices manufacturing environment will be added advantages.
Possess knowledge in systematic analytical skill, statistical process control, PFMEA,
Project managements or Lean manufacturing will be additional advantages
