Position Summary

1. Perform detailed proofreading of labeling content.
2. Ensures that labeling updates reflects all the requested content and/or changes.
3. Maintains current knowledge of applicable industry and corporate polices; possesses a working knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and Document Control departments' relevant
procedures.
4. Responds to requests for labeling change updates / statuses.
5. Responsible for interactions with internal labeling staff and labeling customers to ensure accurate and timely completion of labeling proofreading projects.
6. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees to achieve department goals and objectives and maintain good employee relations.
7. Adhere to and ensures the compliance of all company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
8. Support audits if needed.
9. Provide general administrative back-up as required.

Principal Responsibilities

Education / Experience Requirements

  • Minimum diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 yrs Experience in medical device or related industry
