Position Summary

Principal Responsibilities

•    To support all Engineering projects in Facility Department including constructions, equipment installation and qualifications
•    To facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
•    To support & develop full-scale project plans.
•    To assemble and coordinate project contractors
•    To plan schedule and track project timelines/deliverables using appropriate tools.
•    To provide direction and support to relevant project stakeholder/end user.
•    To constantly monitor and report on project progress to Project Manager/Stakeholders
•    To present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions. 
•    To implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
•    Project evaluations and assessment of results.
•    Generation of technical reports and documentation – write, revise and approve technical SOP’s relating to area of expertise
•    To ensure all the work being carried out is within the compliance of all Quality, and EHS-Engineering standards
•    Interface with engineering and other departments as required while conducting daily assignments or projects.
•    Provide technical support to the Reliability team, Facility/Utilities team, Warehouse team and Operations team, when there is any equipment breakdown, as well as executing Projects, which include validation of projects and Computer System Validation (CSV) across the site.
•    Ensuring compliance with all GMP and EHS requirements. 
•    Conduct commissioning and validation protocol and process (URS, IQ and OQ) for equipment/machine/facility/utility which has GxP impact.
•    Construction Management & Contractor Management
•    Other assignment(s) as deemed necessary by the Project Manager/Engineering Manager.

Education / Experience Requirements

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering related subject or equivalent experience 

Experience :
Preferably a minimum of 5 years’ working experience in Project Management, Automation/Control, Construction, Safety & Quality of Project.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Experience in a wide range of automation and control technologies.
•    Experience in a wide range of fields and control instrumentation.
•    Able to lead a team to maintain performance.
•    Knowledge of GMP working standards.
•    Familiar with 6’s, lean management, FMEA methodology.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills.
•    Able to work under pressure and lead a project within a timeline. 
•    Knowledge in people management.
•    Possess good leadership, organizing and analytical ability and must be able to work independently.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
•    Can work in a fast environment paced environment and work at flexible/tended working hours.
•    Computer literate.
