Position Summary
Principal Responsibilities
1. To Troubleshoot daily process issues to sustain product quality, yield and delivery
2. To investigate the troubleshoot customer complaints and product quality issues in systematical and statistical manner.
3. Responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing process, equipment’s to achieve the production goals of the organization.
4. To Identifies and develops process and equipment to produce specific products, parts and components.
5. To Gather data to quantifying production efficiency
6. To evaluates available technology and resources in order to develop achievable process improvement goals.
7. To Present complex process improvement recommendations and goals to department managers.
8. To proactively coordinates with Operations functions to identify potential process, equipment and skill-set inefficiencies.
9. To evaluate complex manufacturing processes and equipment to identify and recommend machinery upgrades that could increase efficiency and quality.
10. To lead efforts to evaluate raw material or unfinished goods, recommend effective ways to improve the quality of semi-finished, finished products and /or minimize production waste.
11. To initiate, lead and drive proactive quality improvement projects
12. To execute validations on material changes, process changes and new equipment’s.
13. To oversee new product introduction projects and to ensure project are completed on time.
14. To research and purchase new manufacturing technology, work in collaboration with the engineering department to better production equipment functionality
15. To drive proactive quality activities and introduce in process control
Education / Experience Requirements
Qualification :
Minimum degree holder in Engineering, Science or Polymer disciplines.
Experience :
Experiences in medical devices manufacturing environment will be added advantages.
Possess knowledge in systematic analytical skill, statistical process control, PFMEA,
Project managements or Lean manufacturing will be additional advantages
