Position Summary

Principal Responsibilities

1.    Successful completion of the Program on schedule and on Budget. 
2.    Management of the program plan including scope, schedule, cost, technical, resource and risk management. 
3.    Establish and maintain detailed technical plans, estimates and schedules.
4.    Program tracking and reporting (cost, schedule, and milestone accomplishments), using Project scheduling, reporting and financial management tools as appropriate. 
5.    Ensure the following deliverables are achieved as per the Teleflex procedure.
6.    Identifying any risks and develops mitigation plans, and communicating these to the Program Leader.
7.    To ensure the implementation and maintenance, within the department, of an effective management for occupational safety and health consistent with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and other legislative requirements.
8.    Ensure Program conforms to the Quality System Regulation (QSR), CMDCAS, MDD 93/42/EEC, ISO 13485 and other relevant Standards. 
9.    Lean out the manufacturing process for all products involved in the program.
10.    To troubleshoot daily process issues to sustain product quality, yield and delivery 
11.    To investigate the troubleshoot customer complaints and product quality issues in systematical and statistical manner. 
12.    To develop and or improve existing manufacturing process to ensure cost effective manufacturing process.
13.    To initiate, lead and drive proactive quality improvement projects.
14.    To execute validations on material changes, process changes and new equipment. 
15.    To oversee new product introduction projects and to ensure project are completed on time. 
16.    To research and purchase new manufacturing technology, work in collaboration with the engineering department to better production equipment functionality.
17.    To drive proactive quality activities and introduce in process control.

Education / Experience Requirements

Qualification    :    Minimum degree holder in Engineering, Science or Polymer disciplines. 
Experience      :    Minimum 0-3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
