Position Summary

Principal Responsibilities

1.    Key personnel in managing company communications - develop strategies, execute strategies and implementing which include internal communication and external communication. 
2.    To organise, plan, manage and direct recruitment activities for the company. 
3.    To help acquire talent by sourcing, screening and presenting viable resumes and/or qualified candidates for consideration. Manage and organize interviews leading to making offers.  
4.    To help developed and implement sourcing strategies to include but not limited to web based searching, targeted contacts, and the use of social networking forums. 
5.    To provide accurate and timely information as it pertains to all HR staffing systems. They are responsible for finding the best and the brightest candidates for our job opportunities. 
6.    Drive the full spectrum of human resources functions to ensure the strategic planning, budgeting and controls meet overall business goals. 
7.    Develop, manage and implement effective learning and organisational development strategies and program (covering areas of talent management, succession planning and knowledge management that is aligned with business objectives). 
8.    Develop and implement comprehensive search strategies in support of the site manpower requirement. 
9.    Develop and maintain strong business acumen with Human Resources and Business Partners. 
10.    Manage a viable long-term recruitment strategy. 
11.    Be familiar with retention strategies. 
12.    Be familiar with statistical reports and analysis. 
13.    Be good at making presentations.
14.    Undertake effective OSH measures to ensure compliance, within the workplace, with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and other legislative requirements.
15.    Ensure Program conforms to the Quality System Regulation (QSR), CMDCAS, MDD 93/42/EEC, MDR,ISO 13485 and other relevant Standards. 

Education / Experience Requirements

Qualification :           Degree in Business Administration, Social Science or related discipline.                                    

Experience   :           3 years experience in similar capacity, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

Experience in doing corporate communications.

Preferably with media software skills - photoshop, video maker etc
