Position Summary

Principal Responsibilities

1.    Responsible for undertaking employees and staff welfare programs to maintain cordial relations with staffs and promote a conducive working environment.
2.    Responsible for attending employee grievances and provide guidance and advice on appropriate actions to be taken.
3.    Responsible for handling disciplinary matters and organizing disciplinary inquiries to ensure compliance to company’s policies and procedures, as well as labour legislation.
4.    Administering the direct employees’ personnel files.
5.    Conduct investigations of complaints and recommend actions.
6.    Oversee, review and advise on employee grievance and disciplinary processes and policies from time to time 
7.    Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
8.    Undertake effective OSH measures to ensure compliance, within the workplace, with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and other legislative requirement. 
 

Education / Experience Requirements

Degree in Management or related discipline
Minimum 6 years of experience in similar capacity is an added advantage, preferably in a manufacturing
