Position Summary

Principal Responsibilities

•    Oversee of the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance to accounting policies and timely submission of financial management and statutory reports. 
•    Collaborate with corporate offices to streamline financial reporting and processes. 
•    Preparation of the yearly statutory Financial Statements. 
•    Liaise with auditor, corporate secretarial, tax agents, on the statutory related matters. 
•    Preparation of yearly tax provisions and yearly corporate tax filing. 
•    Work with external consultants on the preparation of yearly the Transfer Pricing documentations. 
•    Responsible for compiling the quarterly forecasts and annual AOP reporting. 
•    Collaborate with other departments to consolidate annual AOP templates and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. 
•    Collaborate with other departments to consolidate CIP plan for AOP and report variances on a monthly basis, vs AOP. 
•    Oversee treasury function and work with corporate on cash flow and hedging projections. 
•    Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other regulatory requirements. 
 

Education / Experience Requirements

Degree in Accounting / Finance 
Professional qualification :  MICPA / CA / CPA / ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent
Experience : 8 - 10  years working experience in manufacturing
