Position Summary

1.    Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance strategies for building systems and devices and facility workshop. This will involve coordination and overseeing maintenance activities, including inspection, repairs, work order and preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards in all operations.
2.    Responsible to ensure a clean and hygienic environment, including coordination cleaning staff to ensure compliance with quality standards,
3.    Participate in infrastructure-related projects, including planning, budgeting, and implementation including collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
4.    Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies. Keep documentation up to date with changes in infrastructure.
5.    Adhere to all directives and instructions provided by supervisory and managerial personnel, ensuring precise execution and timely completion of assigned tasks.
6.    Ensure compliance with any relevant legislative regulations in the workplace
 

Principal Responsibilities

Education / Experience Requirements

Qualification    :    Degree in engineering with 3 years experiences or Diploma with 6 ears experiences in engineering.

Experience    :    3-6 years experiences.
