Position Summary

Provides direct support to the manufacturing floor for inventory pulls, material movement and DHR prep/review. Assists in verification of operator populated paperwork relating to manufacturing.

Principal Responsibilities

•   Re-label and package any orders pulled from inventory
•   Return completed inventory product to inventory
•   Physically move completed product to shipping
•   Receive certs from Final Release and prepare product to ship
•   Pull up data from cost database and and populate forms
•   Print out IQS pages for DHR review
•   Order documents in DHR and prepare folder for review
•   Assist Record Keepers in reviewing job jackets as needed
•   Works with quality department to minimize errors
•   Inventory – daily and monthly

Education / Experience Requirements

•   2+ years of manufacturing experience
•   IQS experience, preferred
•   SAP experience, preferred

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•   Must be able to work OT with minimal notice
•   Strong math aptitude
•   Ability to research and resolve paperwork issues
•   Must be neat and organized and detailed oriented
•   Ability to work independently and as a team
•   Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
•   Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
