Position Summary
This Co- Op will support the facility, specifically Manufacturing Engineering and R&D New Product Development teams to implement new products and support existing processes at the Jaffrey, NH facility. This position will run from January through August of 2024.
Principal Responsibilities
• Assist in researching, writing and performing validation protocols. Write document changes and modify procedures in accordance with document change control procedures
• Design process improvements based on machine operator input
• Execute experimental setup, testing, results reporting, and finding implementation
• Assist in the development, research and performance of assigned Continuous Improvement projects
• Assist Value Stream team’s with projects/priorities as necessary
• Completes work in compliance with GMP and ISO regulations and within safety guidelines
Education / Experience Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Sophmore, Junior, or Senior Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science related field
• Solidworks mechanical design experience preferred
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word & Excel required
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and accept challenges and adaptable to change
• Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities
• Ability to solve problems and analyze data
• Ability to think and work independently and in teams
