Position Summary
The Clinical Sales Specialist supports the safe and effective use of Teleflex coronary complex PCI products within hospital and cath lab settings in the Indianapolis-Dayton territory. This role partners with Sales Representatives and healthcare providers to deliver product education, procedural support, and in-services that drive product adoption and improve patient outcomes. The position requires strong clinical aptitude, communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced procedural environments.
Principal Responsibilities
• Provides in-lab procedural support to ensure safe and effective product use.
• Conducts product demonstrations and in-services for physicians and clinical staff.
• Supports and Sales Reps with day-to-day account coverage.
• Assists with product evaluations, trials, and consignment management.
• Builds foundational relationships with nurses, techs, and physicians.
• Supports local meetings and education events.
Education / Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent clinical experience (e.g., RT/RN).
• 1–3+ years of healthcare, clinical, or medical device experience. Cath lab or clinical exposure preferred.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
• Foundational knowledge of cath lab, interventional cardiology, or procedural workflows.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time, adapt to clinical environments, and support multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
