Position Summary
The Product Manager develops, implements and manages product marketing activities to maximize sales and is responsible for
strategic upstream/downstream product management activities relating to the Tracheostomy product portfolio, focusing on
Strategic marketing implementation, in collaboration with our commercial organization Product development in collaboration with
R&D to bring products from concept through to launch and after sales service.
Principal Responsibilities
• Develop a strong understanding of the markets and follow trends with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor competitors in the field
• Manage and collaborate on business strategic projects where required
• Development of the Strategic Marketing plan, including promotion, market distribution, development, sales pricing,
forecasts, market trends and market potential
• Collaborate with markets to influence effective marketing planning and support the downstream implementation of the
Strategic Marketing Plan
• Collaborate with markets for marketing research purposes, assessment and development to assist in the focus on evolving
our portfolios
• Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to ensure upstream marketing is evidence based and responsive to clinical
needs.
• Develop and roll out fully integrated marketing campaigns and support documentation.
• Identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor the success of marketing strategies against pre-defined metrics
• Liaise with external agencies in the creation, translation, proofing and distribution of integrated marketing packages to
support the strategic direction
• Develop and maintain relationships with external customers (subcontract manufacturing, suppliers, distributors etc.)
• Proactively take on projects to improve company best practice
• Support team projects and perform support duties as and when required·
• Reviews customer, sales and internal quality complaints and suggestions related to assigned products and proactively
relay information to appropriate departments with follow-up
• Manage the setting up of conferences & exhibitions and their smooth running, as well as any other KOL/Strategic
customer events & visits
Education / Experience Requirements
• 4 years marketing experience, international experience would be an advantage
• Tracheostomy product portfolio experience
• Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience

• Drives for delivery against actions with a high standard of excellence
• Maximizes contribution to deliver value to internal and external customers
• Applies well though out actions to deliver change within the business unit
• Self motivated with ability to work on own initiative
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively
• Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks within a high workload
• High quality copywriting and proof-reading skills
TRAVEL REQUIRED: Up to 50%
