Latin America - The Latin America Region of Teleflex is headquartered in Morrisville, North Carolina, and supports our customers, distributors, sales managers and specialists in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina and Puerto Rico. Position Summary

Drive business in own territory within portfolio of Teleflex. Manages relationship with customers, looking to grow business. Identifies, develops and closes new sales opportunities.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Review and analyze monthly Sell-out information to capture trends and drive results in focus products.
•    Build and update constantly opportunity funnel with distributor, including new business opportunities for TFX business in territory, participate in by-weekly review.
•    Attend and participate in monthly sales meeting, updating on field activities, customer performance, indirect funnel of opportunities
•    Execute Balanced Seller sales tactics with customers and distributor personnel.
•    Manage territoriy performance to target on a weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas
•    Work with dealers to increase sell out , and demand generation.
•    Trainning with dealers , team field visits 
•    Support distributors with full knowlodege of vascular procedures, products and competitors in the territory
•    Develop and maintain key relationships with Territory and Distributors’ networks in order to grow business revenues
•    Assist Distributors in identifying sales opportunities for assigned territories and product lines.
•    Develop sales plans and strategies for territory activities
•    Maintain close key customer contacts to continually determine customer needs.
•    Monitor Distributor pricing agreements to assure overall sales and profitability objectives.
•    Support the Marketing Department activities.
•    Represent the Company at trade shows, exhibitions, training courses, and symposiums.
•    Fill, analyze and evaluate customer data for monitoring the sector and propose improvements.

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor's Degree
•    5-7 years of proven sales experience in related environment.
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•    English proficiency desired.
•    Basic proficiency in CRM/Sales Force, MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
