Latin America - The Latin America Region of Teleflex is headquartered in Morrisville, North Carolina, and supports our customers, distributors, sales managers and specialists in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina and Puerto Rico. The Latin America Region sells a broad spectrum of medical devices and related products in the fields of vascular and interventional access, surgical, anesthesia, cardiac care, urology, emergency medicine and respiratory care. Position Summary
Drive business in own territory within portfolio of Teleflex. Manages relationship with customers, looking to grow business. Identifies, develops and closes new sales opportunities.
Principal Responsibilities
• Manage territoriy performance to target on a weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas
• Support customers with full knowlodege of vascular procedures, products and competitors in the territory
• Develop and maintain key relationships with Territory and Distributors’ and hospitals networks in order to grow business revenues
• Assist sales reps in identifying sales opportunities for assigned territories and product lines.
• Develop sales plans and strategies for territory activities
• Maintain close key customer contacts to continually determine customer needs.
• Monitor customers pricing agreements to assure overall sales and profitability objectives.
• Support CMA activities and events.
• Represent the Company at trade shows, exhibitions, training courses, and symposiums.
• Fill, analyze and evaluate customer data for monitoring the sector and propose improvements.
• Support distributors in Venzuela, Panama, Ecuador, Peru.
Education / Experience Requirements
• Languages: English desirable but not requisite
• 5-7 years of proven sales experience in related environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Requires travel 60 % of time
• Basic proficiency in CRM/Sales Force, MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
