Latin America - The Latin America Region of Teleflex is headquartered in Morrisville, North Carolina, and supports our customers, distributors, sales managers and specialists in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina and Puerto Rico. Position Summary

Ensure the proper functioning of the Teleflex Colombia facilities and Government Tenders through good control of services and support to all areas of the company in different processes, giving priority to the Government, Finance and Sales areas.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Coordinate the operation of Teleflex Colombia facilities (maintenance issues, access, stationery supplies, pantry, supervising cleaning staff, etc.) in order to guarantee an efficient workspace for colleagues.
•    Coordinate various administrative activities related to facilities, messaging, building administration, reception of visitors, suppliers and management of meeting rooms (among others) in order to guarantee space and efficient work tools.
•    Guarantee communication and coordination with the administration of the building in which Teleflex office is located in order to ensure compliance with protocols and processes in which both parties participate.
•    Provide support to the Government Sales area in sending orders from the hospitals to the operational areas (through Excel databases) as well as reviewing contracts, requesting bonds and preparing reports in order to establish controls and generate relevant information for decision-making and monitoring.
•    Register suppliers in SAP (with the purchasing area in the USA) to ensure the procurement of goods and services as well as payment to the same suppliers.
•    Support the areas of the office in Colombia with the coordination of events (reservation of hotels, venues, transportation, etc.) for Teleflex Personnel or Clients in order to streamline the administrative processes related to them and provide support for compliance with the goals of the events.
•    Coordinate the purchase and delivery logistics of computer equipment, employee credentials and access to new Collaborators to ensure that they have the necessary tools to perform their duties (Colombia, Brazil, Colombia and Chile).
•    Coordinate personalized attention by technical support for the resolution of operating incidents of staff computers to ensure that employees have the functional tools to fulfill their daily tasks.
•    Preparation of requests for payment of general services, handling of petty cash and coordinating the control of documents of vehicles leased by the company.
•    General support to Marketing VP as needed.
•    Oversee Latin America trade show process as laid out by Teleflex compliance, marketing and finance policies.  Coordinate the list of all meetings that will be attended in the region for the year, ensure all required documents are provided with proper approval and proof of payment, and work with the marketing communication group to make sure materials that are required for each meeting are available. 
•    Work with each regional office to manage all marketing and CMA assets to make sure that assets are checked out and returned in good condition.  
 

Education / Experience Requirements

Complete high school
Experience in Global Companies is a plus.
