Position Summary

This position is responsible for planning, directing, and leading the development and execution of the sales strategies in the designated country or region. This position assumes accountability for the sales and business performance, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive market share growth and business development. This role provides strategic direction to the team and partners to meet business growth objectives while ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. The role requires direct engagement with customers such as hospitals, healthcare professionals, and procurement departments, along with internal collaboration across functions such as Marketing, Regulatory, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure seamless execution. Provide product management direction and support to Vascular Access and Anesthesia & Emergency Medicine Product Line in the Teleflex Thailand.

Principal Responsibilities

• Oversee district structure/organizational planning; identify qualified accounts and proper order of rollout with territory alignments
• Manage and achieve annual operating planning in market sales quota, budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure the field reports all product and procedure complaints to the appropriate departments according to Teleflex policy
• Establish plan quotas for each territory in region; ensure that strategies are in place to meet and exceed plan
• Ensure all sales and marketing programs are communicated and implemented and coordinated
• Expertise with subject matters involving healthcare economics, upstream and downstream product portfolio, clinical data and the competitive marketplace
• Monitor and control expenses to include proper allocation of customer inventory
• Develop, maintain and provide solutions for customer business needs
• Effectively build a positive working relationship between Teleflex and key accounts
• Attend/develop curriculum for monthly/quarterly district sales meetings and attend key society conventions as requested
• Develop, and retain sales representatives in support of achieving business objectives
• Oversee all performance management responsibilities; feedback/coaching, development planning, employee training, objective setting, performance reviews, etc.
• Ensure staff is trained and abides by company mission and ethics policies, and business conduct standards
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to Sales team through field visits, observation, and measurement of results.
• Performance responsibility includes safe growth with outcome accountability

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is a must
• Minimum 5 years of Sales experience with a leading medical device/consumable company
• A demonstrated track record for meeting sales objectives in a Medical Device company
• A solid understanding of the medical device business.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Experience working in a matrix organization and ability to collaborate at various levels
• Good with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point etc
• Strong capability to open new accounts and service customers.
• People Management Experienced – has experience managing sales team and working with distributors and has People orientated personality. Ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of people having varying backgrounds, education and experience.
• Independent and trustworthy. A team player that treats individuals with dignity and respect and has strong ability for execution and have sense of urgency to get the jobs done.
• A high-energy self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, lean, entrepreneurial environment and will "roll up his/her sleeves" to get the job done
