Position Summary

Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung des Betriebs und der Wartung derjenigen Applikationen, welche für die Unterstützung der Produktions- und Laborprozesse eingesetzt werden. Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung, dass die gewünschten Anforderungen durch die Applikationen erfüllt werden.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung des laufenden Applikationsbetriebs; Koordinieren und Überwachen aller Tätigkeiten, welche dazu dienen, die Verfügbarkeit, Wiederherstellbarkeit (Kontinuität), Leistung und den Ressourcenverbrauch der Applikationen zu verfolgen.
  • Informieren der Anwendenden bzw. des IT Supports bei Störungen oder über geplante Unterbrüche der verantworteten Applikationen.
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Anwender in den Bereichen Applikations- und Prozesshandhabung
  • Bearbeiten (Analyse, Workaround, Behebung) von Störungen/Fehlern, die durch System-Benutzende oder -meldungen ausgelöst werden
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von kundenspezifischen Auswertungen/Statistiken mit Kennzahlen über Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung von Releases für Applikationen
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Mitarbeiten (Spezifikation, Testing, Rollout) bei neuen Releases
  • Sicherstellen der Koordination zwischen Supportstellen und Applikations-Entwickelnden
  • Ausarbeiten oder Mitarbeiten beim Erstellen von Change Requests zuhanden der Applikations-Entwicklern
  • Erstellen, Aktualisieren, Pflegen und Verwalten der für den Applikationsbetrieb benötigten Dokumentationen (Betriebshandbuch, Benutzerhandbuch, Anleitungen etc.)
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination der Weiterentwicklung von Applikationen (Aufnehmen von Fach-anforderungen, Erstellen von Lösungskonzepten, Erarbeiten der Offerte/Releasevereinbarungen).

Education / Experience Requirements

  • Wirtschaftinformatik; Dipl. Informatiker; alternativ: höhere betriebswirtschaftliche, technische Fach-ausbildung, Chemiker oder Physiker mit sehr tiefen IT-Kenntnissen.
  • Idealerweise bereits eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Projekt- und Prozessmanagement absolvier
  • Betreuung und Support von Applikationen und Informationssystemen.
  • Projektmanagement; Prozessmanagement; Requirements Engineering (erste Erfahrungen).

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Computer System Validierung.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Medizinaltechnik-Umfeld.
  • Deutsch & Englisch (Sprachniveau B1, konversationssicher)
