This role will manage the technical services roadmap for application platforms and partners closely with the infrastructure and application teams to ensure aligned planning, seamless communications, and coordinated execution across shared environments. This position is critical to ensuring technical initiatives are delivered reliably, with clear dependencies and minimal disruption to business operations and major application projects.
Principal Responsibilities

• Partner with project & program managers across the application portfolio to manage dependencies and risks across project/program schedules, testing cycles, release calendars, maintenance windows, and blackout periods. This will include coordinating with stakeholders for decision making regarding downtime or refresh windows.
• Partner closely with the infrastructure team (hosting, cloud, network, database, etc.) to ensure technical services changes are aligned to infrastructure constraints and schedules, environment activities are coordinated and executed smoothly, and that handoffs are clearly defined.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and reporting (e.g., weekly team meetings, readiness reviews, cutover calls, and status reporting).
• Drive consistent communication to key stakeholders for planned changes, risks, outages, and milestones.
• Lead post-implementation reviews / lessons learned and drive improvements to planning and execution.
Education / Experience Requirements

• Proven ability to run technical roadmaps and manage dependencies across teams
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical scope into clear impacts for stakeholders
• Strong coordination capability in matrixed environments (application teams + infrastructure)
