Position Summary

Teleflex is recruiting for a Planning Systems Analyst, which would be located at Athlone, Ireland (Hybrid). You will be a primary contributor in issue resolution and proactive solution development in the planning system within our 09 Software Application.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and working closely with the system architect to implement scalable and efficient planning solutions. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our software by providing technical support, implementing robust planning modules, and ensuring the overall system meets high-performance standards.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Partner with Supply Chain business process owners and the planning system architect in ensuring that requirements and deliverables are understood and agreed.
  • Provide day to day end user support for the o9 Software application.
  • Performs development/configuration and maintenance of o9 Software application.
  • Evaluate, develop, test, and implement system changes as they relate to planning.
  • Assist with Super User and End user training for a global user base.
  • Provide technical input to development teams in the implementation of planning features.
  • Develop functional documentation to support system requirements within the 09 Software Application.
  • Ensure the design is integrated with other functional and technical teams.
  • Support knowledge transfer by providing documentation for development teams and other stakeholders.
  • Follow the Change Management Process and analyse impact of changes to the business.

Education / Experience Requirements

  • Experience with the o9 solutions advanced planning software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant functional area required (demonstrated super-user experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Minimum of 3 years super-user experience.
  • Experience in a regulated environment preferred.
  • Experience working in a support organization and with SDLC implementations.
  • Experience in large scale projects or implementations.
