Position Summary

Reporting into Manager, HRIS, the HRIS Analyst is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the SAP/SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) system and, including supporting end-user inquiries, transactional support, system administration, data integrity, data analysis, consultation and reporting from SAP/SuccessFactors and Employee Central.

This role is required to be present in the Teleflex, Athlone office at least 3 days per week.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Responds and provides support to Human Resources, Managers, and Employees with questions, e-mails, or walk-ups and issues regarding a variety of SAP/SuccessFactors related inquiries.
•    Assist HR team members with technical issues related to the SAP/SuccessFactors platform by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution.
•    Escalates complex issues to the proper HR functional owner or technical specialist.
•    Provides transactional support including responding to data correction requests; mass data updates in response to business changes/requirements; and data loads related to acquisitions, large changes and other business processes.
•    Participate in the review, testing, and implementation of SuccessFactors system upgrades, patches or HR systems configuration projects and enhancements.
•    Monitors the HRIS email box as needed.
•    Maintains and monitors support cases logged with SuccessFactors Customer Support.
•    Maintains the Cloud for Customer and Ask HR ticketing modules.
•    Serve as point of contact for high volume queries, requests, and escalations.
•    Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of such changes and document processes, procedures and testing results accordingly.
•    Through effective writing skills, documents inquiries and transactions using the case management system, templates, and databases. Records data within just-in-time practices to ensure that data has integrity.
•    Create ad hoc reports as needed in SuccessFactors for all modules.
•    Reviews workflow transactions within time and quality standards. Monitors SAP/SuccessFactors administrative tools metrics for overdue workflows and follows up with source or transaction to resolve.
•    Understands sensitivity of information and maintains confidentiality.
•    Support all compliance-related reporting including government reporting, SOX testing, internal and external auditing.
•    Share administration responsibilities of the global HCM platform, including implementations, updates, and upgrades, monitoring the roadmap, proposing changes, designing dashboards, and implementing analytic capabilities for optimal system utilization.
•    Assist in the support and administration of various other HR related systems and Integrations to other systems (i.e., Time & Attendance, etc.)
•    Demonstrated aptitude in problem analysis and critical-thinking skills, time management, exceptional customer focus skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred or combination of equivalent work experience and education considered.
•    Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors preferred.
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, Visio - with a willingness to learn and master other software programs as needed. Intermediate Excel skills required.
