Position Summary

The Credit to Cash Manager is responsible for managing daily operations for an assigned accounts receivable portfolio. This includes EMEA, APAC& North America. This role includes working with and ensuring training is complete for a team of Credit to Cash Analysts, Team Lead, and Specialists. The Credit to Cash Manager also personally manages a portfolio of high-risk customers. The main responsibility of this position is to ensure customer accounts are managed with Teleflex CARE principles (attached), which is a customer-focused philosophy. This role is also critical to collaborating with Teleflex partners in sales, customer service, operations, and Distribution to ensure ongoing communication and process improvement projects. The expectation is that the Manager will create team-centered events and meetings that engage the team with equal learning and fun activities and challenges that promote our values and support the ideas of cooperation and collaboration. 
This role is responsible for reporting to their manager the underlying cause and analysis of what is driving past due balances, along with solutions and an action plan for EMEA by country. The goal is to check and improve the percentage past due month by month, which is a benefit for the customer and Teleflex's working capital. The position is also responsible for checking credit risk by collaborating with other managers and openly communicating with management about accounts at risk of default. This Manager also works to ensure that the C2C team has ongoing training on the C2C and any other job-specific skill needs, best practices in collections, and customized skill and career development plans. This position collaborates closely with their manager to review performance, brainstorm innovative ideas, and manage projects as assigned. track metrics and update best practices for the function. 

Principal Responsibilities

•    Collaborates with team and supports individual career growth while creating a motivating work-place environment. (Building Trust)
•    Takes ownership of SAP receivables management and works with SAP/IT and the Americas collections team to ensure the system is used to its potential at Teleflex and adds value to the overall process. (Entrepreneurial Spirit)
•    Continually look for more efficient process steps and help positively drive change while recognizing team efforts and accomplishments. (Make it fun)
•    Ensures process is SOX compliant and works to correct any gaps with Sr. Manager, Global Credit Operations. 
•    Work with OTC peers to ensure that gaps in process are identified, discussed, documented and a solution is proposed and completed.
•    Communication -  works to open lines of communication with all partners and motivate team to deliver excellent service and results as a role model.  
•    Always looks for cost efficiencies, team development initiatives, ways to collaborate with all other business process champions and ensure Teleflex values of Building Trust, Entrepreneurial Spirit and Make it fun are woven through the day-to-day process. 

Education / Experience Requirements

•  Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
•  At least 5+ years accounts receivable or finance experience.  
•  Good financial statement and credit analytical skills.
•  Strong proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel 
•  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
•  Excellent interpersonal skills and people management experience
