Position Summary

Teleflex is seeking a high-performing Executive Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and market share for our Peripheral Vascular portfolio in the New England and Upstate NY Market. This individual will call on interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, and endovascular specialists, promoting a comprehensive suite of peripheral vascular devices including self-expanding stents, PTA balloon catheters, crossover sheaths, and the Manta™ Large Bore Vascular Closure Device. Territories are geographically broad and may cover a major metropolitan area and surrounding region or span multiple states depending on regional assignment. Success in this role requires the ability to prioritize, plan, and cover a large footprint efficiently while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Own and grow the Teleflex Peripheral Vascular business within the assigned territory, achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets
•    Develop, maintain, and advance a robust sales pipeline across hospitals, ASCs, and outpatient vascular/IR centers; prioritize high-opportunity accounts for resource investment
•    Lead product demonstrations, clinical in-services, and educational events for interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, endovascular fellows, interventional cardiologists, and clinical staff
•    Build and manage multi-level relationships across physician (KOLs), nursing, administration, and procurement stakeholders
•    Provide procedural case coverage and technical support ensure first-case success and ongoing account management
•    Launch new accounts and monitor competitive activity, analyze account-level trends, and develop strategies to defend and grow market position
•    Maintain the admin responsibilities to manage a territory to include: CRM utilization, accurate expense reporting, sample/inventory controls, and compliance with all Teleflex and regulatory requirements

Education / Experience Requirements


•    5–8+ years of medical device sales experience with sustained, documented top-tier sales performance in cath lab/interventional settings.
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Prior experience in peripheral vascular, structural heart, AAA, or interventional sales is highly valued; existing relationships with interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, or cardiovascular programs is a strong differentiator
•    Proven experience in peripheral vascular, structural heart, AAA, or interventional sales is highly valued; existing relationships with interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, or cardiovascular

•    Deep clinical relationships and raport with KOLs, including C-Suite, preferred.
•    Clinical knowledge of peripheral vascular disease, endovascular procedures, and vascular access; ability to discuss anatomy and technique credibly with proceduralists preferred
•    Proven clinical knowledge of peripheral vascular disease and mentors others; ability to discuss anatomy and technique credibly with proceduralists preferred
•    Proven consultative sales skills: strategic account planning, VAC navigation, and value-based selling preferred
•    Strong organizational and time management skills required for large geographies
•    Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital presentation toolsBe able to lift and carry 30 pounds 
•    Ability to stand and walk throughout large hospitals 6 – 10 hours per day
•    Must be able to establish and maintain active vendor credentials (e.g., RepTrax, Vendormate) as required to enter hospitals and medical facilities, this is an essential function of the role. Must also be able to work in sterile clinical environments and comply with all hospital safety and dress code requirements, including lead apron use in fluoroscopy-active rooms where applicable.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: 50%

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $270,000.00 (commission inclusive). Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  Commissions will also vary depending on individual performance.  The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
