Position Summary

Reporting to the Director, Global Performance Management & EMEA Talent Development, this person will be responsible for the smooth coordination of the EMEA Talent programs and Global Talent data analysis. This will include preparation for the EMEA Teleflex Academy training programs, as well as global leadership programs, and Talent Development data analytics working closely with the entire GTD team.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Support the Director Global Performance Management & EMEA Talent Development is the smooth running of the EMEA Talent programs and Data analytics.

•    Coordinating, communicating the EMEA Teleflex academy calendar. Provide excellent support, sound recommendations and follow up to all program participants.

•    Talent Development programs, scheduling, updating and maintaining schedules and rosters, reserving conference rooms, ordering supplies and refreshments, in addition to any other requirements for supporting a learning event

•    Responsible for internal GTD communications

•    Administer talent and learning systems, as needed. 

•    Point of contact for vendor contracts/accounting

•    Maintain and triage the Global Talent Development 

•    Business Intelligence & Data Analytics. Build analytics to provide reporting information to the Global Talent team.

•    Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track key Talent metrics, including Training ROI, participation rate, engagement rate, overall, Talent development analytics and insights. 

•    Analytics Analyst and Reporting Specialist will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data to support strategic decision-making across the organization. 

•    Other duties as assigned
 

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor’s Degree required
•    Experience organizing and managing talent development programs
•    Previous experience in Data Analytics; experience in People Analytics is a plus.
 

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    A strong analytical mindset, with experience in Excel/Microsoft forms, PowerBI or Tableau
•    A curious, problem-solving approach—always looking for ways to improve processes and unlock insights.
•    Great communication and storytelling skills.

•    Strong organisational and coordination skills 
•    Willingness to work with managers and teams from all areas and levels of the business.
•    Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects within agreed upon deadlines 
•    Self-motivated and works independently.
•    Able to collaborate and interact with various individuals, teams and departments. 
•    MS Office proficiency required. 
•    Fluent in English.
