Position Summary

This position will lead and develop the analytics function in support of Customer Service operations by developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions and systems to support our business processes, and departmental reporting and analytics.  This individual will provide business analytics, strategic recommendations, and be a key participant in major projects that impact Customer Service. The person responsible for this role must be able to communicate with individuals across various departments and levels, be highly organized, and have the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities successfully. #LI-hybrid

Principal Responsibilities

•    Develop and manage the data analytics function within Customer Service; manage and lead the related CS operational support roles associated with this function. 
•    Act as the system project lead for all CS technology-based implementations, aiding in the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and training support of enhanced/new technologies with a focus on Customer Service efficiencies and CX improvements.
•    Work with all functional teams within Global IT and the Strategic Business Units to identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the system implementation of such improvements.
•    Design, build, and administer interactive and highly effective Customer Service reports, dashboards, and visualizations using multiple systems and Business Intelligence platforms.
•    Through data analysis, provide strategic and actionable insight for process/system improvements across the order-to-cash process.
•    Ensure all business and analytic processes are documented, followed, and measured to maximize data integrity and accuracy.
•    Proactively analyse data through multiple systems to identify data quality gaps, draw sound conclusions, and recommend effective courses of action for data improvement.
•    Keep up to date with SAP technologies and industry tools as it relates to the position and the opportunities that they might provide.
•    Ensure systems remain validated and compliant with regulatory requirements by following the Teleflex validation processes.
•    Carry out detailed impact assessments for proposed change requests to ensure all downstream implications are understood and accommodated for.
•    Adheres to and ensures the compliance of Teleflex’s Code of Conduct as well as other company policies and procedures.
•    Other duties or involvement in special projects as needed.

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree, other relevant 3rd level qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
•    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a data management or analytical role preferred. 
•    Experience in leading teams and/or managing others desirable.  
•    Experience working across multiple project timelines and extended cross-functional teams.
•    Knowledge of BusinessObjects, SAP ECC/CRM, Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite an advantage
•    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
•    Project management/implementation experience preferred.
